Recently, Mr. Pan Liqun, Secretary of BCDH Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of BCDH, together with Mr. Gao Xinyong, Deputy General Manager of BCDH and Chairman of Capital Holdings (International) Limited, visited Vanke-Tishman joint venture San Francisco project, LUMINA. Mr. Carl D. Shannon, Senior Managing Director of Tishman Speyer, greeted Chairman Pan’s visit and introduced the LUMINA project.

LUMINA is a 656-unit condominium development, soaring above the San Francisco Bay. It is located on the south side of Folsom Street between Main and Beale Streets. The project will consist of two towers of 42 and 37 stories, and two mid-rise plaza buildings of eight stories each. The condominium units adapt intuitive design touches and multiple layouts for modern living, averaging 110 square meters.

In the project exhibition center, Chairman Pan observed the construction of the LUMINA project, got to know Tishman’s developing concept, high-tech scene marketing and personalized marketing approaches, and discussed about the management model of sino-foreign joint venture development as well as the possibility of the future cooperation between BCDH and Tishman. This visit can definitely play a positive role in promoting overseas investment and business expansion.
